How do I return an item(s)?

How to use and get Promo Codes?

Promo Code: Add products described in the promotion to your Shopping Cart. For “5% off $100” offer, you must add the total number of items to your cart equal to or greater then $100. For “gift with purchase” offers that require a choice of product, you may need to add the gift item to your cart as well, before applying the Promo Code. Which orders qualify for Everyday Free Shipping?

To qualify for Free Standard Shipping, the order must meet the following requirements:

I returned an item that I purchased and I have not received my refund. How long do I need to wait to receive my refund?

Credit card refunds can typically take 3-7 business days to appear on your account (depending on your bank). Your credit will appear against your original form of payment. PayPal and PayPal Credit refunds can typically take 3-7 business days.

I haven't received my order, how do I check my order status?

I am unable to place an order because you don't ship to my country. What can I do?
